Leader of Harvest Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our harvesting team at our Mansfield location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the harvest team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage the harvest team to achieve target times
  • Supervise and train new team members
  • Drive the picking trolley
  • Clean up after each crop
  • Perform higher duties in absence of Supervisor

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and direct a team, have strong communication skills, patience, and diversity awareness. They should also have planning and organisational skills, be able to follow procedures and instructions, and have a strong safety awareness.
