Excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with management experience to oversee and manage a team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers and support staff in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.

Work alongside the Facility Manager and assist with the day-to-day clinical needs of the facility and its clients while overseeing AN-ACC, Infection Control, care plans and management of care staff.

Collaborate with a professional and established management team with a primary focus on providing residents with the highest level of care and support in their 55-bed modern Aged Care facility.

**About the role**:

- Responsible for overseeing the clinical duties of a 55-bed aged care facility in Eastlakes in Sydney's Eastern suburbs
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager
- Oversee AN-ACC and Care Planning
- Be responsible for infection control within the facility
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience as a Clinical Care Manager or Care Coordinator in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
