- Previous managerial or team leadership experience
- Familiar with the organisational aspects and daily running of a private practice
- Expert-level frame and lens selection skills with precise prescription interpretation
- Strategic stock management and robust supplier relations
- Comprehensive skills in pre-testing, visual field testing, and diagnostic imaging
- Exemplary reception and administrative capabilities
- Proven professional background in optical, medical, or administrative environments
- Genuine passion for optics and an exceptional patient care journey
- Motivated towards practice growth and a positive team morale
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with patients, team members and maintaining referral relationships
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach to professional responsibilities and presentation

Our practice has been located on Park Rd for over three decades, but re-launched last year under our new name in beautiful new premises.
