Executive Officer

As the Executive Officer you will work closely with other staff in QRO's Executive Support Team to achieve outcomes that support the strategic objectives of the QRO.
**Your typical day as an Executive Officer may include**:
- Coordinating an SET member's schedule, including preparing any relevant meeting materials and managing any travel arrangements. Overseeing SET member's inbox and escalating any urgent matters for attention. Providing secretariat support including agenda preparation, minute taking, action register maintenance and scheduling of meetings. Requesting input on matters from relevant stakeholders and collating for SET member's consideration. Reconciling SET member's corporate card transactions against the appropriate budget.
