Tetris Labour Hire based in Parramatta are recruiting for an **experienced, energetic Receptionist/Office Allrounder for a client based in Caringbah, specialising in beauty and cosmetic supplies.** This is a permanent position and is a great opportunity to work at the forefront of an established, leading distributor in the cosmetics industry.
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am-5:00pm

**_Duties include:_**
- General reception tasks - Client and customer meet and greet
- Appointment bookings
- Tidying of common areas
- Administration duties - organisation of internal repairs and maintenance, postage responsibilities, ordering of kitchen and stationery supplies.
- Data entry
- Meetiing preparations
- Assisting the Managing Director
