**What this opportunity involves**:
We are currently seeking a professional, energetic and engaging Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for one of JLL's premium assets, based in Melbourne CBD. The primary responsibility for this role is to develop and foster the relationship with the building's customer partners, and to assist in ensuring all services, branding, marketing and presentation of the Property is in keeping with premium grade standards.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Day to day operation and upkeep of customer service standards involving the concierge service in the building lobby, the cleaning and waste and recycling services, and car park.
Working closely with the General and Commercial Managers, providing assistance to prepare and execute the Customer Retention Plan.
Work closely with the Operations Team to represent and communicate the customer's requirements
Assisting customers with moving into and out of the building.
Assist in other lease administration tasks such as accounts payable and receivable

As Customer Relationship Manager you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills along with experience customer service. You will be able to manage multiple tasks while remaining people focused with a positive outlook, and have a friendly can-do attitude, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience in a similar role
Proven event management and customer engagement experience is preferred
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
