We are currently searching for a motivated Sales Order Processing Officer to join our passionate and driven team in NSW. As a Sales Order Processing Officer, you'll be primarily responsible for ensuring sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders to manage orders, including monitoring the factory invoicing, establishing a plant ledger and preparation of work orders.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibilities:

- Assist the New Product Procurement Manager in selecting, pricing and positioning of KION products
- Ensure sales orders are processes in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage orders and provide data/information as required

Requirements for success:

- An interest in the area of order management and sales processes
- High attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy with data entry
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisation skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines
