Order Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. This role will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking and packing customers' orders, as well as processing and packing all online orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customers' orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process and pack all online orders, ensuring they are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
  • Match online orders with incoming stock and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of stationery stock and ensure all orders are processed correctly.
  • Collate signage and point-of-sale materials for dispatch to multiple locations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry, with knowledge of RF scanning systems preferred but not required.
