Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of our Security Operation Center.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a security expert to drive business growth, enhance our threat intelligence capabilities, and lead open-source initiatives.
Implement and evolve our Security Operation Center
Analyze and improve our security architecture
Evaluate, select and implement new security tools and best practices
Identify, contain and guide remediation of security threats and cyber attacks
Cultivate thought leadership in security operations
Contribute to open-source threat intelligence projects
Security Architecture Expertise:
Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of security architecture and market-leading security tools. Strong experience working with or leading a Security Operation Center is required.
Threat Modelling and Risk Management:
The selected individual will have expertise in threat modelling and risk management frameworks, as well as the ability to contribute to and consume threat intelligence feeds.
Education and Certifications:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or an alternative path with a compelling narrative, is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP will be considered a plus.
