**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a newly created fixed-term opportunity, an in-house role reporting to the Marketing Manager.

This will include:

- Provide outstanding support to the marketing team in the development of multiple website UX/UI elements
- Design sites that engage clients of specific age ranges and demographics, holding interest, while being simple to use
- Provide insight and support to assist in delivering the broader marketing strategy
- Ensure compliance, exceptional quality credentials and deadlines are always met
- Conduct UX research for the various brands
- Create user personas and sitemaps
- Keep up to date with the latest UX/UI trends
- Work closely with the web developer to create and update websites and landing pages

**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE**

This role will be perfectly suited to a Designer who enjoys working on a variety of exciting and innovative projects across a group of companies where things change quickly

You will have the following:

- 3+ Years' experience as a UX/UI
- Responsive design skills
- Strong UI / Product Background
- Design experience with Desktop, mobile devices, and cross-platform environments, responsive design
- Understanding of the strategy/reasoning behind the UI/UX
- Prototyping/wireframing etc.
- Experience using Figma (or equivalent program)
- Remarkable self-motivation and comfortable working autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a small team
