The Enterprise Delivery Practice work closely with our business areas to achieve transformational ways of working, focused on improving the speed, efficiency, and agility of our delivery practices. This is an exciting time for delivery at Suncorp as we commence a multi-year strategy and large change portfolio.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the optimisation, implementation and embedding of the Enterprise Portfolio Governance framework (including traditional project management and Agile).
- Accountable for the development and maintenance of controls, standards, processes and tools to drive the successful delivery of Suncorp's change portfolio, with a focus on; governance and funding, enterprise metrics, enterprise ceremonies, cadences and ways of working and enterprise tooling.
- Own a program of work to execute improvement in delivery excellence across the organisation in relation to the above focus areas.
- Manage complex streams of work with key interdependencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in governance, portfolio management, delivery capability and practices across Technology & Transformation, Platforms, Tribes and Centres of Expertise.
- Guide and assist stakeholders with the Enterprise Portfolio Governance framework in areas across governance, methodology, frameworks, tooling and Agile portfolio management.
- Build strong, collaborative working relationships with relevant technology and business stakeholders.
- Build a culture of professionalism and accountability across the portfolio and delivery community, including the ability to motivate and improve levels of performance.

**What you'll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology or Project Management.
- Minimum 5-10 years of people leadership experience (desired).
- Proven track record of driving capability uplift.
- Mastery of leadership and change management skills, consultation, influencing and negotiation capability.
- Extensive commercial acumen and expert stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled ability to handle complexity and uncertainty.
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities.
