Job Title: Accountability Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage a comprehensive accountability framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage an accountability framework that aligns with the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR).
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on FAR to leaders and teams.
  • Support Accountable Persons and their teams in meeting FAR obligations.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Accountability Statements and Maps, and notifications to regulators.
  • Enhance/develop processes and systems to meet accountability and notification obligations, driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

**Requirements:

  • Dedicated to excellence, innovation, and integrity while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Highly experienced in compliance, risk, regulatory or governance, preferably within a large financial services organization.
  • Experience with drafting formal or corporate documentation, including policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a detailed understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed knowledge of business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written & oral.
