You'll contribute to platforms and campaigns that directly impact thousands of Australians, with the chance to see your creativity make a real difference at scale.What you'll doWorking within a high-performing marketing and design team, you'll:Deliver creative across digital, print, and platform environmentsProduce reports, presentations, infographics, campaigns, eDMs, websites, and e-learning contentDesign visuals for video, app, and platform projectsCollaborate with UX/UI to bring wireframes and journeys to lifeMaintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systemsExplore AI tools to elevate creative workflowsContribute to proposals, tenders, and national projects driving business expansionThis is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to be highly involved in building something bigger, and has the drive to continually improve their skills while delivering quality at pace.About you1–3 years of experience (studio, agency, or in-house)Strong in layout, typography, and visual storytellingSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential; XD and Premiere Pro a bonus)Highly confident using Word, PowerPoint, and Canva to create and adapt branded contentProactive and motivated – you don't wait for answers, you ask the right questions and take ownershipThrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesAmbitious and curious, eager to learn from senior designers and evolve with the businessCuriosity about AI and automation in design, with a willingness to experiment and learnA folio showcasing your versatility, creativity and problem-solving through visualsBonus: familiarity with Figma, UX principles, or e-learning toolsAt Intalo Group, we're unlocking the world's employment potential through innovation, design, and technology.
