Who we are after:

We are seeking an experienced, creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our design team.

This role would suit a self-starter with a love of product and an eye for design.

The Mid-Level Graphic Designer works to interpret and design merchandise in line with our client's brand guidelines. From concept and creative development to finished art and packaging, the role is focused on delivering brand impact through the implementation of beautiful, value driven graphic design solutions.

The role will provide a variety of different design implementations across multiple product types, packaging and apparel.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating on-brief design solutions for new orders
  • Preparing Proofs / Specification documents for production
  • Creating artwork templates for our range of growing products
  • Creating mood boards and design concepts for new orders or pitches
  • Content creation for our Marketing department
  • Creating packaging, from concept through to final artwork
  • Reviewing creative briefs for accuracy and clarity
  • Demonstrating full knowledge of all file types and recommending printing processes
  • Keeping key stakeholders updated on project progress

You have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with packaging, apparel and or product design is a must.
  • Expert in Adobe software programs: Illustrator, Photoshop InDesign.
  • A professional and proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.
  • A genuine interest in design and fashion.
