Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Graphic Designer Officer on a Non-ongoing - 3-6 months, with possibility of extension.

**Key Responsibilities**

The department is looking for an energetic, resilient, highly independent and talented strategic design/multimedia with a demonstrated track record of success to help shape and communicate the narrative on the value of Australia's development program.

Key Duties
- develop and implement visual graphics to promote the value of Australia's international development program and budget, including content creation and research
- collaborate with, and support the strategic policy section to ensure the program narrative is weaved through visual communications
- take sensitive, complex and nuanced policy to develop and implement website, social media and campaign graphics, as well as visual for policy and Ministers
- manage research and stakeholder engagement linked to visual communications, including with external suppliers and communications, research and international development partners and agencies, as well as liaising with other government departments;
- manage and develop internal visual communication stakeholders, while handling sensitivities
- provide strategic advice on visual content linked to executive and ministerial submissions and briefings - on a broad range of issues; and
- provide graphic design support and strategic visual communications advice to the department, including assessing emerging design trends and implementing them within the department environment.
