About Our Opportunity

As a seasoned Graphic Design Lead, you will spearhead the creation and delivery of captivating digital and print products across various channels. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting high-quality solutions that resonate with both internal and external audiences.

You will:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative graphics for social media, internal communications, websites, publications, and infographics.

- Oversee the output of creative assets, providing direction and ensuring compliance with Australian Government branding and accessibility requirements.

- Foster strong relationships across the organisation, including executive and ministerial offices as needed.

- Liaise with external suppliers and internal resources to ensure timely project delivery.

- Define graphic design and production requirements, offering expert advice on creative direction and solution design.

- Supervise other graphic designers, guiding workload management and development.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain Treasury's corporate brand strategy.

Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or 6+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

- Highly developed graphic design skills, with the ability to translate designs across various media.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality executions from concept to final production.

- Experience with branding standards, website design, video production, and animation.

Eligibility

Candidates must be Australian citizens with a current security clearance or complete a clearance prior to commencement.
