THE ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT is an Australian retailer & supplier of specialty ingredients, professional cookware & tableware to many of the very best restaurants, food retailers, distributors, manufacturers, & passionate home cooks in Sydney. Our products are distributed nationwide through 6 retail stores, an online store, & wholesale operation.
**THE ROLE**
We are always on the look out for passionate sales & customer service people to join our Head Office team on full-time or part-time basis between Monday & Friday. So if you have inside sales, field sales or customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment, then we may have a role for you in our team.
**THE DAY TO DAY**
- Contact our trade customers for their product requirements.
- Customer order processing.
- Support the product and admin teams in day-to-day tasks.
- Roles are office-based or within customer field sales territories.
**A BIT ABOUT YOU**
- You enjoy delivering great customer service.
- Experience in food wholesale & customer service an advantage
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experienced MS Office skills.
- Proactive and a problem-solver.
