With world-class courts, engaging social events, and a growing base of players, we're redefining what it means to be part of a racquet sports club.The RoleAs a Club Staff Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every visitor. From creating a warm welcome to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you'll help maintain the energy, safety, and spirit that make our club special.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience Ambassador
• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Assist players with bookings, equipment needs, and general enquiries
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for players of all skill levelsClub Operations Support
• Manage court bookings and daily schedules
• Ensure the club remains clean, organised, and ready for use at all times
• Oversee court activity, coordinate player flow, and resolve issues efficientlyEvents & Activations Assistant
• Support the setup and smooth delivery of tournaments, corporate bookings, and social events
• Assist coaches and the club manager with day-to-day logistics
• Contribute energy and creativity to help make each event a successRetail & Hospitality Assistant
• Guide customers in selecting equipment and apparel from the pro shop
• Maintain product displays, manage stock levels, and keep the retail space tidyWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a reliable, proactive team member who thrives in a collaborative environment and remains composed under pressure.
