**About the role**
We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join our Head Office Payroll team in Brisbane. As the Payroll Assistant for CTM Australia and New Zealand you will assist with the payroll processing for approximately 1000 employees and growing, ensuring our employees are paid timely and accurately.

This role will see you assist with the end-to-end payroll function, liaise with our staff, the HR and Finance teams regarding payroll queries and have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously in a team.

You will also be responsible for the administration tasks and reconciliation of the business credit card and staff reimbursement claims via our Concur system.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous administration experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment but also work autonomously
- Intermediate computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
- An ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines as required
