**About the**
**Opportunity**
- Playing a vital role within the organisation, the Scheduling Officer is responsible for scheduling home care services for clients whilst keeping up with the demands of a constantly emerging organisation.- In this role, you will work in consultation with the Senior Scheduler and the Home Service Lead, to ensure we provide an engaging and positive experience through excellent customer service and efficient scheduling practices. Shifts are rostered between 7am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. Some weekend and public holiday work may be required.**About You**
- You can ensure client services are scheduled in a timely manner, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources, according to client needs.
- You can collaborate with stakeholders to manage leaves effectively, minimize client impact, and provide timely notification of schedule alterations.
- You can responsibly manage effective cross-departmental communication and accurate processing and reconciliation of timesheets with your strong organisational skills.
- You are capable of delivering successful outcomes in a skilled, diverse, and engaged manner, while effectively adapting to change and meeting deadlines.
- You can conduct administration and report tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- You are friendly and confident over the phone and possess strong organizational/admin/customer service skills.
- You are proficient across various softwares and possess high levels of computer literacy.
- You are up to date with your covid vaccination dose 1 and 2.
