**The Role**

Join the SMEC Graduate Development Program and be part of a diverse cohort of early career professionals within the engineering consulting industry.

This role would be as a Graduate working within our Sydney Rail team, where you'll have the chance to work on some of the most innovative and exciting projects in the industry.

This role would also be starting as soon as possible, depending on the timing discussed between you, the recruiter, and the Rail team.

**As part of our program, you will get to**:

- Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other documents
- Partner with supportive colleagues through our buddy system
- Access a range of industry events and networking opportunities
- Be part of a large and diverse community of graduates across ANZ

We promise both in-person and online training on everything from consulting with clients to managing your time effectively through our graduate development workshops.

**About You**
- Studying a relevant double degree in Civil Engineering and Business/Commerce/Finance (or similar) in your final semester, or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
- A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
