We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.
THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process.
You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.
Your Day-to-day Tasks Would Involve But Not Limited To
Responsible for manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, maintaining the customer information.
Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
Work in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product.
Responsible for the presentation of our Centre.
Ability to develop a strong relation-ship with potential home buyers.
Hand out marketing material, register leads and maintain the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.
To Be Successful For This Role You'll Need
A natural communicator with a personable approach,
Ability to work 5 days including weekends.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
