Your Role
You will support our caregivers throughout their employment lifecycle, providing a comprehensive transactional and advisory service to line managers and existing employees (caregivers) on all aspects of Human Resources services.
A key focus is to ensure service delivery is timely, effective, efficient, and that it meets customers' needs, legislative requirements and corporate standards.
The Position- Assess and process of a variety of changes to existing caregiver positions/conditions, parental leave, resignation, reporting relationships, costing and structural changes and ensure the data is updated in the Human Resources Information System in an accurate and timely manner.- Ensure all relevant payroll documentation is completed and provided to payroll in accordance with agreed schedules.- Understand applicable legislative requirements for parental leave, and is able to provide advice to Managers and Caregivers in line with the applicable EBA and updated in the HRIS.-
- Monitor and action various HR reports, distribute statistical data and regular reports, and provide ad-hoc reports to Managers as requested.- Provide timely, accurate advice on all relevant HR policies, procedures, employment terms and conditions and entitlements to managers and caregivers and potential applicants.- Produce a variety of written documentation including confirmation of changes to existing caregiver positions/conditions, parental leave, resignation, and statements of service.
You will have experience in a high-volume Human Resources environment, preferably using Workday, with a possession (or working towards) a qualification in Human Resources highly regarded.
To succeed, you will have sound understanding of industrial agreements, legislation and Human Resource policies, along with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service with enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

- Salary: $73,804 to $81,406 plus 11% Superannuation- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
