We are seeking an experienced
**General Manager/Management Couple** for this unique nature based tourism property in regional Australia. Surrounded by nature with an abundance of wildlife, the property caters to both national and international guests seeking an extraordinary experience.

The property features onsite accommodation, dining facilities, tour operations.

**Duties**:

- Deliver unforgettable wilderness experiences that connect guests to the bush through a team of passionate field guides and holistic chefs
- Provide a quality lodge experiences through attention to service, food and facility standards
- Collaborate with Head Chef in the delivery of food experiences and development of connection to country food experiences
- Maximise profitability through management of operational costs and generation of customer loyalty and manage the property's operational budget and capital expenditure efficiently
- Ensure the safety of guests and staff through strong procedures and risk management
- Managing communication channels through meetings and individual staff engagement
- To ensure the maintenance of facilities and equipment at a high standard
- Meeting and greeting guests, setting the standard for guest engagement including completion of guided activities as and when require and hosting dinners
- Maintain current and achievable Operations
- Other duties as per position description
- Experience in managing remote operations (essential), with at least 2 years in a luxury asset (preferred)
- Experience as a multi-site General Manager in either tourism or hospitality (desirable)
- Commercially savvy, with a track record of delivering profitable operations
- Excellent and effective verbal communications skills, with good time management and organisation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
