8+ years of experience on Oracle CC&B and MDM functional areas such as customer service, billing, OUAF framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OUAF framework, integration with CC&B
Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, new connections etc.
Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals using Java/Groovy
Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
Experience in Solution Design and support.
Good to have
Past experience in leading CC&B/MDM Technical Team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and end-users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues and provide effective solutions.
