Job Description

Skills:

  • Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B)
  • Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM)
  • 8+ years of Experience on Oracle CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUAF framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OUAF framework, integration with CC&B
  • Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
  • Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals using Java/Groovy
  • Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
  • Experience in Solution Design and support.
Good to have
  • Past experience in leading CC&B/MDM Technical Team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues and provide effective solutions.
