**Night Audit Supervisor (Part Time) | Mercure Gold Coast Resort**

A 292-room Resort, spanning over 3.5 hectares with significant food & beverage operations, two Resort pools and extensive conference facilities, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast.

We have an opportunity for a **Night Audit Supervisor** to join our fast paced and dynamic front office team.

**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Working overnight from 11pm to 7am, with the availability to work shifts across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays, in a part time position with 30 hours guaranteed per week over a regular roster.
- Assist the Night Manager on Duty with daily balancing and reconciliation, across the night audit process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guest's stay.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
- Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required.
- Take responsibility of Manager on Duty tasks and responsibilities in their absence.

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills contributing to positive customer service experience, preferably working within a Front Office department within a Hotel or Resort.
- Competent computer user with competency in the Microsoft Suite preferred and experience with Opera PMS highly regarded.
- An ability to work overnight shifts, across a 7-day roster.
- Previous Night Audit experience preferable.
