About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Night Time Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting our clients to live their best lives.

As a Night Time Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the care of our clients and leading a highly motivated team of carers and nurses. You will work closely with the Residence Manager to implement and evaluate care plans, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, families, and medical professionals, and for contributing to the development of innovative projects that enhance the quality of care we provide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers and nurses to deliver high-quality care to our clients
  • Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the Residence Manager
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and accreditation standards
  • Liaise with clients, families, and medical professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of innovative projects that enhance the quality of care

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing or management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong clinical documentation practice
  • In-depth understanding of care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation
  • Current NDIS check or willingness to obtain
  • Commitment to ongoing clinical excellence and continuous improvement
