Looking for a Lead Product Designer for a breakthrough SaaS tech growth scale up. This company are disrupting the market through their cutting edge product and are now widely seen as the go-to B2B SaaS company within their space

This Lead Product Designer needs to have experience working on projects end to end, leading the entire UX process through to final design. This person will be integral in helping shape the team, design processes and overall products as the company continues to grow.

The role
- You will be working end-to-end in their core team which encompasses all the main features of their product, currently focusing on their growth model looking into how they can invest more into their customer experience collaborating with stakeholders.
- Productivity is high here, they are looking for someone who can help mentor and lead the other designers within their team.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing relevant case studies.
- B2B SaaS experience essential
- This company has an excellent team culture and are extremely high on collaboration - meaning they work 4 days in their awesome Sydney based office & one day at home.

Offering a competitive salary between $180k base - $190k base + Super + Equity + amazing benefits
