Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished product designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centric design principles.

  • Lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

About the Role

This position requires a seasoned designer who can solve complex problems, particularly in B2B applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to and evolving our design system, standards and processes.
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to the required standard.
  • Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to validate designs and inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact on user experience.
  • Proven track record of leading design for complex B2B SaaS and/or fintech products.
  • Experience owning the complete design lifecycle including user research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and post-launch optimisation.
