Opportunities to business partner include:Partnering with senior leaders and partners to align people strategy with business prioritiesLeading workforce & succession planningSupporting leadership development to drive change initiativesTurning data and insights into smarter decisions and clear reportingHandling complex employee relations matters, including coaching our leadersCollaborating with the People Team to bring new ideas, programs, and initiatives that enhance our people experience and strengthen our cultureOverseeing onboarding, offboarding and employment lifecycle activitiesKeeping policies and processes fresh and fit-for-purposeRunning key annual activities like performance and growth reviewsWhat we're looking forAn experienced People Business Partner (professional services experience a bonus, however not essential)Ability to balance strategic delivery and HR operations.
