In this role, you'll collaborate with law firms to deliver cutting-edge legal technology solutions and work closely with our development team to create custom-built software and seamless integrations tailored to client needs.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal operations and technology, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences with a flexible, innovative mindset.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Consultation:Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business needs and technical requirementsConduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke developmentSolution Design & Specification:Scope and document custom software development requirementsTranslate business needs into detailed functional and technical specificationsWork closely with the development team to ensure alignment and feasibilitySoftware Implementation:Lead end-to-end implementation of legal technology solutions, including configuration, integration, and testingManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communicationsTraining & Support:Deliver tailored end-user training sessions and create supporting documentationProvide post-implementation support and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing solution optimisationStay current with legal tech trends and emerging technologiesLiaise with the global Xperate team, where required.
