The role is to be based in Williamtown, NSW.Responsibilities:Lead the program team to deliver software releases directly to the weapon system and to wider Wedgetail development projects integrating combined hardware / software changes.Accountable for the application of Program Management Best Practices to the Software Development TeamAccountable for the overall performance of the software development program to E-7 Development Program Manager and directly to the customerIn consultation with the customer and wider Development Leadership Team and project stakeholders allocate resources to program needs that evolve dynamically.Develop metrics to objectively demonstrate performance and value created by the team, and reporting to provide clear linkages from investment to outcome for the CoA.Experience/QualificationsExperience leading complex software intensive projectsFamiliarity with defence domainApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.CultureWe are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
