We are excited to welcome our **brand-new Bupa Dental practice in the heart of Burnside Village** shopping centre opening May 2025 This opportunity will allow for up to a 2-month training program at our neighbouring practice before the grand opening

**The Opportunity**:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our** Glenside, SA**practice available for a dental Receptionist seeking permanent full-time work:

- Permanent full-time position available
- Modern dental practice with 4 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
- Convenient shopping centre location with free car parking or bus stations on site
- Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**You'll be**:

- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
