**1) Dental Receptionist** **Tuesday - Saturday **Full-Time

**Dental Receptionist**:
The person will be a strong team player with excellent people skills providing expert receptionist and admin services, profitable scheduling, ability to make decisions, reactivating patients, reducing FTAs, implement ideas and drive growth. You will be friendly and professional, well presented with great organizational skills.

Your accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Follow and implement profitable appointment scheduling.
- Implement consistent clinical and office/admin protocols.
- Accurately processing, follow-up and manage patient records, follow-up with labs, specialist referrals, and reports
- Scanning documents and attend daily meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Liaising with other vendor professionals
- Manage and improve Customer retention and reactivation
- Positive attitude and work with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience at a Dental practice is **mandatory**:

- Are highly organised, with attention to detail and keen to learn
- Financial knowledge
- Great organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle demanding customers
- Knowledge of **Praktika **is well regarded
- Prior experience as Dental Assistant is desirable

Previous prime management qualifications/training/experience is desirable.

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Altona Meadows, VIC 3028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
