**This role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor Seanne Wall. **Friendly, highly responsive, and solutions-focused, your role incorporates all aspects of in & outbound customer service, sales enquiries and orders, documentation, CRM maintenance and liaising across the operation.**:
**This frontline role will suit a happy person with a polished phone manner, capacity and ability to effectively listen, interpret and act, acute attention to detail, some commercial nous, customer empathy, and results focus.**:
**You could be working or experienced in any industry - if you're the right person, we're very open-minded. Bisalloy will provide full technical product training.**:
