In this challenging and evolving role, within the mining and manufacturing sector, you will be part of a high-performing team that supports essential supply chain operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment where strong communication and collaboration are key to ensuring exceptional service across both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
You will play an important role in ensuring smooth customer service operations by managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams across planning, logistics, and finance.

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries and prepare quotations using Salesforce and SAP
  • Process domestic and export sales orders, ensuring timely acknowledgements and updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet supply timelines and ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain accurate customer data, including pricing, documentation, and PO terms
  • Resolve invoice issues, process credits, and support reconciliation activities
  • Generate service reports, maintain client relationships, and relay feedback to account leads
  • Contribute to internal training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B customer service role
  • High School Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Incoterms, and Salesforce CRM systems
  • Experience supporting export processes and understanding customer contracts
