**The Role**

As marketing is a strategic growth lever at IAG, you will help to make a difference by growing NRMA Insurance customer numbers, driving market share and giving the brand real momentum in the marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be measured by Brand Momentum and commercial success for the NRMA Insurance brand, including customer growth and market share gains.
- To do this it is critical that you have strong stakeholder management skills to align, negotiate and facilitate projects through the business.
- You collaborate with the wider business to provide insights and identify business challenges to be solved by marketing.
- Align marketing and brand strategy to business objectives.
- Ensure all activities align and are measured against the marketing plan.
- Act as a key representative for Marketing across business projects and partner initiatives
- Create and brief creative strategy and execution team and help facilitate relevant approvals with the business.
- Provide analysis of campaign effectiveness, competitive landscape and marketing investment.
- Be a brand champion ensuring everything we do is on-brand.
- Be part of a team that produces creative work that delivers brand fame, industry recognition and makes our people proud.
- Communicate and advocate campaigns to internal stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in marketing or agency roles is desirable.
- You must have a passion for brands and the craft of marketing.
- You know the IAG brands or have worked on another high-profile brand.
- You thrive in highly complex, constantly changing business environments and see disruption as an opportunity, not a threat.
- You have impeccable key stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree Required (Major in Marketing preferred)
