**About the Role**

Working within the Customer Solutions and Customer Care Team, this role involves answering incoming calls for Community Solutions' services across Queensland. Our teams are focused on providing exceptional customer service, supporting the business functions at site level to improve the customer experience and resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact; when we can of course.

**Other key duties will include**:

- Greeting customers at the office and over the phone, providing a welcoming and positive first impression that puts the customer at ease
- Becoming very familiar with the employment services offered by the organisation so you can take customer through the process step by step
- Providing administration support and diary management to assist our service delivery teams and customers
- Maintaining data integrity across our various systems

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Call centre experience within a similar office-based role; you are comfortable working in a high-volume admin and call environment
- Extensive administration experience, compliance capabilities and IT skills - particularly with Excel and Outlook - a must
- You are a true people person and can easily connect with others, regardless of their background
- Resilience and a sense of calm when dealing with those trickier conversations
- Happy to pitch in to help the wider team when needed
- Excellent time management and organisation skills and great attention to details; you don't miss a beat

**Additional requirements**:

- Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work Rights
- A current **Blue Card** (Working with Children Check) or the willingness to gain clearance if successful. We will reimburse you the cost on commencing
- Willingness to undertake a** "Fit2Work" Police Check**
