Customer Care Consultant

We are seeking a friendly and approachable professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for participants, employers, and stakeholders, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their experience with our Inclusive Employment program.
About the Role- Welcome and guide participants and visitors, providing accurate information about employment services.
- Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and follow up with participants and employers.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems, action compliance tasks, and support audit readiness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as resume updates, job referrals, and vacancy management.
- Promote services through business development support and event coordination.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) to ensure a positive experience for participants and employers.
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, admin, sales, employment services or call centres is highly desirable.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, positivity, and resilience in all interactions.
- Technical Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential.
