Overview of position Join a dynamic Product Team as a Technical Support, supporting ARB and partner-brand products across multiple categories.
In this vital role, you'll deliver accurate, timely technical assistance to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
You'll help maintain the integrity of product data, coordinate support materials, assist with product projects, and ensure smooth communication flows across departments.
This role suits someone with strong multitasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Product Sales & Technical Support: Provide sales and technical assistance, monitor product performance, and support creation of product literature.
Maintain product data information across JDE, EPC and ECOMM platforms Cross-Functional Coordination: Provide coordination and administration support with internal teams and assist in supplier and customer communications.
Keep everyone aligned and informed to drive efficient product delivery and team synergy Market & Customer Insights: Conduct ongoing market research, track competitors, and analyse customer behaviours.
Offer insights that help shape stronger products and sharper market positioning Product Development Support: Support Management throughout the new product design process, launch preparation and training content creation.
Play an active role in bringing ideas to market and preparing teams for success.

Experience Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer service, tech support or sales role within the automotive, manufacturing or consumer goods sectors.
Skills Strong Organisational & Product Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a solid understanding of timelines, priorities and deliverables to ensure deadlines are consistently met Excellent Communication & Attention to Detail: Strong communication skills combined with a meticulous approach to maintaining accuracy in product data, reporting and documentation Market Research: Ability to assist with gathering and analysing market and customer data to support product decision-making Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of technical and mechanical products, automotive products or manufacturing practices in automotive is advantageous About us:Next time you see a 4WD in your local area or travelling the country, look at the accessories on it - chances are, they've been created by ARB, Australia's largest manufacturer of 4WD accessories.
