**You will**:
- Drive growth as an Internal Sales Rep within a great team
- Manage accounts and support Sales Executives to build business opportunities
- Work with our shared internal sales desk to help process orders for our sister companies JayChem and Symbio as well as Richard Jay sales
We are looking for an energetic Internal Sales Representative who is hungry for a sale. You will be accountable for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our organisations by skilfully closing lower value, fast moving sales, focussing on LG or small chassis commercial laundry equipment.
Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound sales activities, generating sales leads, managing sales opportunities, and closing orders. You will collaborate closely with our clients, territory sales executives, operations, and customer service teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ideally you will be a Microsoft Dynamics champion who would also be able to help with our updated ERP system, testing and roll out.
**What You Will be Doing**:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Handle inbound sales enquiries - phone, website
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI's and business targets
- Prepare and follow up quotes
- Work alongside Sales Executives
- Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniques
- Prepare accurate quotes
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Utilise relevant systems/software to manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors' offerings
**About you**:
To be considered for the role of internal Sales Representative, you will possess:
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target driven mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient computer skills and sales/pipeline tracking systems/software
- Strategising every opportunity to ensure the best outcome for both the business and the customer
- The tenacity to deliver on personal and company goals, be accountable for your actions and share success
- Ability to understand contracts and pricing proposals
