**About you**
You are excited about the prospect of working alongside high-performing colleagues to continue your legal career as a Trade Promotions Paralegal. You may be an experienced Paralegal or a Legal Assistant looking for an interesting new career path. You will demonstrate a drive to succeed in conjunction with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a high pressure environment. Your previous experience will include working in a legal environment, ideally within an intellectual property and technology practice. You pride yourself on your client centricity, can-do attitude, and strong attention to detail, ability to juggle numerous client matters, problem solving and being proactive. You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You are a self-starter and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Your role**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant looking for a role that will grow with them. This role is an integral part of this fun, growing, fast-paced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- drafting terms and conditions for trade promotions (competitions and gift offers)
- reviewing advertising content for legal compliance
- problem solving
- dealing directly with clients, marketing agencies and regulators
- working with other paralegals and with lawyers in our team
- associated administrative tasks
