Our premium department is responsible for managing the policies of over 105,000 employers as the largest Agent in the WorkCover Scheme. We have an exciting opportunity for a Policy Officer to be skilled in all things WorkCover premium.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Providing courteous, accurate and timely advice to all participants in the WorkCover Scheme on premium-related issues.
- Achieving agreed levels of customer service in accordance with Allianz standards with regard to greeting of customers, delivery, handling queries and follow-up service.
- Making decisions and providing advice in line with WorkCover legislation and Allianz policies and delegations.
- Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Time management qualities with an ability to plan and prioritise effectively to complete assigned tasks
