How You'll Shine
Greeting and registering of owners and guestsProviding information on local area attractionsCompletion of all department related paperworkUsing all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computersAssist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Company's tour qualification specificationsMeet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestreamEstablish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is deliveredWork closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in processClearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Travel & Leisure's communityMeet targets and KPI's as set by the businessThis role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Previous experience within a similar hotel positionGenuine passion for customer service and the local areaExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal skillsEnthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individualImmaculate presentation and professional grooming standardsHigh levels of computer literacyPrevious experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageousHave the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplaceAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
