Motor Mechanic

Our client, Rangedale Group Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Motor Mechanics to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, testing, and repairing internal combustion engines and the mechanical components of lightweight motor vehicles in their fleet, including Toyota, Ford, Isuzu D-Max, and Mercedes Sprinter/Vito.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication, and engine tune-ups.Identify and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues in vehicle components.Disassemble and inspect major engine parts, including transmissions, steering systems, and suspensions.Replace defective parts and reassemble components according to manufacturer specifications.Use diagnostic tools and computers to test and evaluate vehicle systems.Accurately document all repairs, maintenance, and parts used for each vehicle.Respond to emergency breakdown calls, providing on-site assistance as needed.Key Selection Criteria:Qualifications:Trade qualified mechanicKnowledge of OHS and Safe Work PracticesExperience & Skills:A minimum of three (3) years' professional experience in a comparable roleStrong numeracy, verbal, and written skillsExcellent work ethic and attention to detailIf you are a qualified and dedicated Motor Mechanic, they encourage you to apply and become part of their team at Rangedale Drainage Services Pty Ltd.
