Aged Care Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a warm and friendly full time Customer Service Officer / Receptionist for Doutta Galla Aged Services Queens Park in Moonee Ponds.
To be successful, you will bring enthusiasm for customer service and administration with a dedication to assisting others. Coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have exceptional attention to detail. You will be technology savvy, and experienced using various MS Office tools is a must.
**The role involves**:
- Prompt and courteous phone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.
- Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks and supporting procurement activities.
- Attending meetings to take minutes.
- Coordinating replacement of planned and unplanned staff leave, and completing administrative tasks related to rostering.
