Customer Relationship Officer

About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) using your exceptional relationship, communication and customer service skills, conduct tours for potential new residents and maintain referrer relationships in the community. This is a fast paced and unique role providing key customer service, relationship management and administration with a focus on optimising occupancy at Belmont Grange. This position involves soft sales and KPI targets so it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in working to budgets and targets. This is a permanent part time position working 3 days per week.

Essential Requirements
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
- Previous customer relationship experience
- Sales experience including working to budgets and targets
- Experience in aged care
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced computer skills
