**About the role**:
The Warehouse, Customer & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the successful warehousing and inventory of this storage organisation. In addition, the Warehouse, Customer & Logistics Coordinator will ensure timely and accurate organization of stock, maintenance of booking orders and internal control procedures and provide both guidance and support to their peers. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivation and strong stakeholder management.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Warehouse and Inventory**
- Manage stock control: monitor stock levels, book orders, retrieval and timely delivery of goods (loading and transferring)
- Planning, organizing and controlling of particular client's operations
- Ensure clients stock is presentable at all times.
- Monitor inventory tracking system(s) accuracy
- Ensure inventory information is accurate, reliable and accessible

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are being met and report any areas of concerns to the OH&S Manager.
- Conduct inventory audit/checks

**Stakeholder Management**
- Ensure effective communication with all internal staff by building business relationships and actively providing support and guidance
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external stakeholders/suppliers/customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure feedback is relayed back to management

**Staff training and development**

***Train, develop and coach both new and existing staff
- Promote team culture and constantly motivate staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse management

**Process Improvement**
- Keep abreast of warehousing and inventory management industry trends and make recommendations as necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role/capacity.
- Cold storage warehousing would be ideal but not necessary.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
- Excellent people and process skills
- Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail
- Good computer skills
