As we approach the busy season, we are looking to hire a Warehouse and Customer Service person to be based out of our Port Melbourne Office/Warehouse and on a casual basis to help us manage the additional workload.

Our Operational Hours are typically between 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. At times we may also require overtime and weekends. We would require you to be available for all or at least most of these days. This role would likely be ongoing until January 2026 (Subject to change).

Some of the duties would be as follows:

·       Assist customers with enquiries via Email and Live Chat

·       Work collaboratively with our Customer Service Team to ensure our Online customers have the best experience possible

·       Work with Mister Zimi couriers to follow up on delivery issues/delays

·       Assist customers with order enquiries such as cancellations, amendments, refunds and replacements for lost parcels etc

·       Pick and pack online orders for our customers, with a focus on quality, accuracy and presentation

·       Process online returns, QC checks and garment folding/bagging

·       Assist with unloading containers, inventory receiving and putaway

·       Support with general warehouse tasks as required
